Yes. Full LNP porting is included. We manage the paperwork and schedule the cutover for off-hours.
Do you support remote / hybrid workers?
Yes. Desktop + mobile softphones with full feature parity. Users can move between home, office, and road seamlessly.
What about 911?
E911 is configured automatically for every endpoint. Dispatchable location is updated on move/add/change.

What is included in the monthly fee

Number porting, platform configuration, call-flow design, E911 setup, integration with your directory and MFA provider, call-quality monitoring, and support for moves, adds, and changes. Hardware — desk phones, headsets, conference units — is passed through at cost with lifecycle tracking.

Usage charges (international minutes, toll-free termination, SMS) are billed separately at the rates our carriers quote us, with no markup. You can see them on the invoice.
