CURRENT-STATE REVIEW
Written assessment of your network, security, and continuity posture — citing specific gaps.
The assessment is a structured, two-to-three-week review of your current IT environment. We examine the network topology and vendor stack, the security tooling and controls in place, the state of backup and disaster recovery, the identity and access model, and the documentation and operational practices surrounding all of it.
We do this through a combination of read-only data collection (configuration exports, log samples, documentation review) and scheduled interviews with the people responsible for each area. At no point do we require production changes to complete the assessment.

How your stack compares to industry peers on cost, resilience, and compliance readiness.
A ranked list of fixes, sized by impact and effort. You can implement them yourself — we don't care.
A formal memo you can share with your board, audit committee, or insurance carrier.
You receive a written report with three sections: findings (what we saw, with evidence), risks (prioritized by impact and likelihood), and recommendations (prioritized by effort-to-value, with rough cost ranges). The report is yours regardless of whether you decide to engage us for remediation or ongoing operations — we do not gate the findings behind a contract.
Most clients use the report as a planning document with their leadership or board, even when they choose to remediate through an in-house team or another provider.
We'll reach out within one business day to schedule.
