How we share engagement detail
We work primarily with regulated organisations — financial services, healthcare, legal, manufacturing, public sector — where the engagement details (incident timelines, infrastructure layouts, vendors, costs) are confidential by contract. We do not publish them on a marketing page.
What we do share, on request and under mutual non-disclosure:
- Reference calls with current clients in your industry. They answer your questions directly — including the ones we cannot.
- Sanitised technical writeups of representative engagements: starting environment, target architecture, transition plan, and outcomes.
- Compliance evidence packs showing the kind of audit-ready documentation we produce.
That last point matters: if you are evaluating an MSP and they show you slick generic case studies but cannot put you on a call with a similar client today, that is a signal worth weighing.
