Colocation is simple until something breaks at two in the morning. At that point the difference between a facility that answers the phone with an engineer and one that answers with a badge reader becomes very significant.
Our colocation service provides rack space, conditioned power, redundant connectivity, and physical security in carrier-neutral facilities — combined with remote-hands support delivered by engineers who know your environment, not just the facility. That means if a drive fails, we can swap it. If a console port is needed, we are on the cage floor within the committed response time. You are not negotiating with a third party during an incident.

Space (quarter-rack through private cage), redundant power with per-circuit metering, diverse cross-connects to the carriers of your choice, secured access with auditable entry logs, climate control, and 24/7 remote-hands support from engineers who are also trained on your gear. We stage and install hardware on your behalf when requested; we do not charge hourly for minor remote-hands work under a documented threshold.
